बटाला/चंडीगढ़: पंजाब पुलिस ने एक बार फिर हत्या मामले में वांछित गैंगस्टर का एनकाउंटर किया है। जानकारी के अनुसार बटाला पुलिस ने थाना सिविल लाइंस इलाके में हुए दीप चीमा हत्याकांड में बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। इस केस के दो आरोपी पहले ही पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए जा चुके हैं, जबकि तीन अन्य आरोपियों की पहचान भी कर ली गई है।

इसी दौरान मिली जानकारी के आधार पर तीनों में से मानिक नामक एक युवक को काबू किया गया। मानिक मोटरसाइकिल पर गांव कोहलियां से बटाला की ओर आ रहा था। पुलिस ने उसे पकड़ने के लिए जाल बिछाया, लेकिन आरोपित ने पुलिस पर गोलियां चला दीं। पुलिस ने भी जवाबी कार्रवाई की और मनिक को गोली मारी, जिसमें वह घायल हो गया। उसे इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है और पुलिस द्वारा मामले की आगे की जांच की जा रही है। बताया जा रहा है कि यह गैंगस्टर जग्गू भगवानपुरिया गैंग के लिए काम कर रहा था।

Anshu Sharma with the assistance of staff of FCP Bamyal and Nagri and Jasrota Range seized four trucks bearing Registration No. JK02AJ/9017, JK11D/4708, JK02BK/4771 and JK02CK/8157 loaded with forest produce (fuelwood) from the premises of Diwakar Brick Kiln Mahi Chack Kathua U/S 52(1) and 52(2) of Indian Forest Act 1927 for violation of J and K Forest Produce Transit Rules, 2020 and Supreme Court’s ban on timber export out of JK UT by transportation of forest produce about 40 KM beyond the allowed destination and attempting to smuggle the banned forest produce out of Jammu and Kashmir UT.

The whole operation was carried out under direct supervision of DFO Kathua Sh. Ankit Sinha, Range Officer Kathua Sh. Narinder Kumar and Range Officer Jasrota Sh. Munish Gupta. Drivers of all the trucks were also detained for investigation.

Kathua, October 8: In a significant action against forest smuggling, the Forest Department team of Kathua Forest Range seized a truck (Registration No. JK20A/2504) loaded with mixed broad-leaved fuelwood near Sodi Palace, Barnoti, around 8:45 PM on Tuesday.

The operation was carried out by the team headed by Block Officer Budhi, Sh. Jagbinder Singh, and Block Officer HQ, Sh. Anshu Sharma, under the direct supervision of Range Officer Kathua, Sh. Narinder Kumar, and overall supervision of Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Kathua, Sh. Ankit Sinha, IFS.

The forest produce and the vehicle were seized under Sections 52(1) and 52(2) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927, for violating the J&K Transit Rules, 2020, and in contravention of the Supreme Court’s directions.

The accused driver, identified as Rakesh Singh, was apprehended on the spot with the assistance of Forest Protection Force personnel. Officials said the driver attempted to smuggle the forest produce out of the Union Territory by crossing the designated destination point.

The seized truck, along with the fuelwood and the accused, has been brought to the Forest Complex, Kathua, for further legal proceedings.

Kathua, October 9: In a late-night operation on Wednesday, a forest department team foiled an attempt to smuggle khair wood in the Rajbagh area. The team, headed by Forester Shiv Kumar (Beat Officer, Lower Hiranagar) along with Forest Guards Nitish Rasotra, Shiv Murti, and Naresh Kumar, was on routine night patrolling when they spotted a Mahindra pickup (Registration No. JK08 3658) moving suspiciously near Rajbagh.

Sensing foul play, the team immediately gave chase and alerted the Korepunnu Check Post for assistance. The check post team — comprising I/C Dheeraj Pankaj, FGD Bittu Ram, and FGD Kali Dass — swiftly joined the operation.

The vehicle was successfully intercepted near Banyari–Andachak road. However, the driver and co-driver managed to flee from the scene under the cover of darkness. Upon inspection, the vehicle was found loaded with khair wood, suspected to have been illegally transported.

The forest team seized the vehicle and brought it to the Haria Chak Nursery for further legal proceedings.

The entire operation was carried out under the close supervision of Range Officer Jasrota and the overall guidance of Worthy Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Sh. Ankit Sinha, IFS.

On 16/09/2025 an excise enforcement team under the close supervision of DEC(Accounts) Jammu Additional Charge, DEC, Toll Post Lakhanpur, Smt. Tinna Mahajan and ETO Mudasir Nazir established a routine night naka at Lakhanpur, Kathua area to keep a check on inflow of illicit liquour smuggling.

During naka duty, the excise party consisting of Inspector Razi Ahmed, Inspector Dharamvir , SI Akhil Kanathia, SI Atul Jamwal along with HG Rakesh Kumar , EG Hans Raj, Kanwar Dutt, Gulshan Kumar, Akeel Ahmed, Mohinder Kumar. noticed one vehicle Mahindra Bolero-PIK UP bearing number LA02 5488 under suspicious manner. Accordingly, the enforcement team taking cognisance, contacted the concerned ETO Kathua Range Mudasir Nazir and Excise Sub-Range Inspector Dheeraj Pathania accompanied by Excise Inspector Sumit Chowdhary and Karan jit Chajgotra, a case u/s 48(a), 50(1), 56 was registered as well as accused were taken into custody on the spot by the team of Excise Range Kathua. The recovered contraband has been seized as per legal procedures, and further investigation is in progress to trace the source and linkages of the illicit liquor through these smuggling networks.

कठुआ, 18 फरवरी, कठुआ जिले में पुलिस ने मंगलवार को एक बड़ी जब्ती में कश्मीर जा रहे एक वाहन को रोका और एक विशेष रूप से डिजाइन किए गए गड्ढे के अंदर छिपाकर रखी गई नकदी का एक बड़ा जखीरा बरामद किया।

पंजाब से कश्मीर जा रही क्रेटा कार को नियमित जांच के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर के प्रवेशद्वार लखनपुर में रोका गया, जब सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने छिपाए गए पैसे को देखा।

अधिकारियों के अनुसार, बरामद की गई नकदी करीब ₹2 करोड़ होने का अनुमान है। आयकर विभाग को जब्ती के बारे में सूचित कर दिया गया है और आगे की जांच जारी है।

कार में सवार दोनों लोग कश्मीर के निवासी हैं और उन्हें पूछताछ के लिए हिरासत में लिया गया है ताकि पैसे के स्रोत और उद्देश्य का पता लगाया जा सके। अधिकारियों को अवैध वित्तीय गतिविधियों से संभावित संबंध होने का संदेह है।

कठुआ 13 फरवरी, जम्मू-कश्मीर एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो ने 15 हजार रूपेय की रिश्वत मांगने और स्वीकार करने के आरोप में पटवारी सुदर्शन हलका खानपुर तहसील मढ़हीन जिला कठुआ को ट्रैप कर गिरफ्तार किया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार जम्मू-कश्मीर एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो को एक शिकायत मिली जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया कि लोक सेवक सुदर्शन पटवारी हलका खानपुर तहसील मढ़ीन जिला कठुआ ने शिकायतकर्ता से राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में गिरदावरी प्रविष्टि के सुधार के लिए अवैध रिश्वत की मांग की। आरोपी ने शुरू में राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में गिरदावरी प्रविष्टि को सही करने के लिए शिकायतकर्ता से 30 हजार की रिश्वत की मांग की थी जबकि शिकायतकर्ता रिश्वत की राशि प्रदान करने में विफल रहा तो उक्त पटवारी ने शिकायतकर्ता को उसके राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में छेड़छाड़ करने और उसके नाम की प्रविष्टियों को बदलने के लिए धमकाया। मजबूरन परिवादी ने उक्त पटवारी को पांच हजार दे दिए। बातचीत के बाद आरोपी आवश्यक कार्य करने के लिए शिकायतकर्ता से सहमत 25 हजार के बजाय 15 हजार की रिश्वत राशि लेने के लिए सहमत हो गया।

चूंकि शिकायतकर्ता रिश्वत नहीं देना चाहता था और उसने कानून के तहत आरोपी लोक सेवक के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के लिए भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो से संपर्क किया। शिकायत प्राप्त होने पर एक विवेकपूर्ण सत्यापन किया गया जिससे संबंधित लोक सेवक द्वारा रिश्वत की मांग की पुष्टि हुई और तदनुसार पुलिस स्टेशन एसीबी जम्मू में भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 7 के तहत एफआईआर 01/2025 दर्ज की गई और जांच शुरू की गई। जांच के दौरान एक ट्रैप टीम का गठन किया गया। टीम ने एक सफल जाल बिछाया और आरोपी लोक सेवक को स्वतंत्र गवाहों की उपस्थिति में शिकायतकर्ता से 15 हजार की रिश्वत राशि की मांग करते और स्वीकार करते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ लिया गया। एसीबी टीम द्वारा कानूनी प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए आरोपी को मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

कठुआ 07 फरवरी,  जिला कठुआ के कूटा गांव (जसरोटा फॉरेस्ट रेंज ) के प्राइवेट और सरकारी जगह में लगातार खैर चोरों का आरा चल रहा है, मगर वन विभाग की कुंभकर्णी नींद नहीं खुल रही है। वन विभाग का सुस्त रवैये के कारण लगातार खैर चोरी की घटनाओं से वन विभाग, राजस्व विभाग और पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर खड़े हो रहे है गंभीर सवाल ! सुबह लोगों ने देखा की कि उनकी जमीनों  से पेड़ काटे जा चुके थे और जमीन में जड़े ही बची हैं।

चोरी से काटे गए खैर पेड़ों की कीमत लाखो मे बताई जा रही है। सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार खैर चोरों के साथ वन विभाग के कुछ मुलाजिमों की मिलीभगत है। उनके ही आशीर्वाद से खैर के पेड़ काटे जाते हैं और होने वाली आमदन को हिस्सों में बांट लिया जाता है। लगातार खैर के पेडों चोरी होने से इलाके के लोगों में प्रशासन के खिलाफ रोष.

वही जब dfo कठुआ से इस बारे मे पूछा तो उन्होंने कहा हमारे नोटिस मे  कुछ नहीं आया आप ने बताया हम वेरिफि करवाते हैं।

KATHUA; 15 JAN:- Kathua Police while continuing its “War on Drugs” putting concrete efforts to eradicate the drugs menace from the society and in consequence J&K Police Kathua recovered/seized approx. 7.09 Grams of Heroin (chitta) like narcotics at Khanpur area of PS Rajbagh and one drug peddler was arrested.

On 15/01/2025 an information had been received at PP Marheen regarding the trade of Narcotics Heroin like contraband substance in Khanpur area. Acting swiftly, police team of PP Marheen during naka checking at Khanpur apprehended one suspicious person namely Rafi S/o Taj Din R/o Bathal Chak Marheen who was indulged in illegal smuggling/selling of heroin like contraband and selling drugs to the youth at Khanpur area was arrested.
During frisking approx. 7.09 Grams of Heroin like narcotics substance was recovered from his possession which got seized and 01 drug peddler arrested on spot.In this regard a case FIR No. 09/2025 U/S 8/21/22/NDPS Act has been registered at PS Rajbagh and further investigation has been set into motion accordingly.

The arrest and recovery has been made by police team headed by IC PP Marheen PSI Swaran Singh Manhas under the guidance of SHO Police Station Rajbagh Insp. Ajay Singh Chib and SDPO Border Sh. Dheeraj Singh Katoch.

मुंबई 16 जनवरी :बॉलीवुड एक्टर सैफ अली खान के घर पर आधी रात को एक अज्ञात हमलावर ने घुसकर उन पर हमला कर दिया. इस हमले में वह घायल हो गए हैं. मुंबई के लीलावती अस्पताल में उनका इलाज चल रहा है. मुंबई के बांद्रा स्थित उनके घर पर बुधवार को करीब 2 बजे अज्ञात हमलावर उनके घर में घुसा और उन पर हमला कर दिया. जिसके बाद घायल हालत में उनको लीलावती अस्पताल ले जाया गया. बांद्रा पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है. हैरानी की बात यह है कि चोर सैफ पर हमला कर वहां से भाग गया और वह किसी के हाथ तक नहीं आया.

पुलिस अब सीसीटीवी खंगालकर हमलावर की तलाश में जुट गई है. डीसीपी जोन X के मुताबिक, एक अज्ञात शख्स एक्टर सैफ अली खान के घर में घुसा, जिसके बाद दोनों के बीच हाथापाई हुई. इस झगड़े में सैफ घायल हो गए और उनका इलाज चल रहा है. पुलिस जांच जारी है. सवाल ये है कि कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच हमलावर सैफ अली खान के घर में आखिर घुस कैसे गया. इसे सुरक्षा में बड़ी सेंध माना जा रहा है.

इस घटना के 9 घंटे पहले सैफ अली खान की पत्नी करीना अपनी बहन करिश्मा और फ्रेंड सोनम कपूर और उनकी बहन रिया कपूर के साथ पार्टी कर रही थीं. सैफ पर हमले के समय करीना घर में मौजूद थीं या नहीं ये जानकारी फिलहाल सामने नहीं आई है.

देर रात सैफ अली खान पर हमला

जानकारी के मुताबिक सैफ और हमलावर के बीच में हाथापाई भी हुई थी. धारदार हथियार से हमले के बाद वह घायल हो गए. सैफ अली खान की सर्जरी चल रही है. जानकारी के मुताबिक हमला उनके स्पाइन और सीने के आसपास किया गया. हाथापाई के दौरान उनको करीब छह जगहों पर चोट लगी है.  सैफ पर आखिर ये हमला क्यों किया गया, मुंबई पुलिस इसकी जांच कर रही है.पुलिस ने इस मामले में FIR कर ली है और अज्ञात हमलावर की तलाश की जा रही है.

रात 2 बजे घर में घुसा चोर, धारदार हथियार से हमला

बांद्रा के जिस इलाके में यह घटना हुई हैं वहां पर बहुत से सीसीटीवी लगे हैं. सैफ अली खान के घर में भी कैमरे लगे होंगे. ऐसे में पुलिस की जांच पर सबकी नजरें टिकी हैं. मुंबई पुलिस आरोपी तक पहुंचने के लिए सभी सीसीटीवी खंगालेगी. पुलिस ये पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रही है कि आखिर अज्ञात हमलावर रात के 2 बजे क्यों उनके घर में घुसा था. घटना के समय घर में कौन था, इसकी जानकारी अभी तक सामने नहीं आई है.
