Tariq (Sr. Forest Guard)<\/strong> and <strong>Sh. Abhi Jasrotia<\/strong>, under the <strong>direct supervision of Range Officer Kathua, Sh. Narinder Kumar<\/strong>, and <strong>overall supervision of DFO Kathua, Sh. Ankit Sinha, IFS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/alertindianews.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/s1-2-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-357409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alertindianews.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/s1-2-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alertindianews.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/s1-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alertindianews.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/s1-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alertindianews.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/s1-2.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The truck was found violating <strong>Sections 52(1) and 52(2) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927<\/strong>, and the <strong>J&amp;K Forest Produce Transit Rules, 2020<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>Supreme Court\u2019s ban on timber export outside the UT of Jammu and Kashmir<\/strong>. The accused driver, <strong>Kuldeep Raj<\/strong>, was apprehended on the spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>seized forest produce, truck, and driver<\/strong> were brought to the <strong>Forest Complex, Kathua<\/strong>, for further legal action.
